Wedding Booking Terms and Conditions
Payments:
All bookings, upon confirmation, require a 25% holding bond - this bond is fully refundable up to 12 weeks prior to the Wedding date. A further 25% may be required 8 weeks prior to the wedding date; upon request from Sharon. The full balance payment is expected on the day in cash or via bank transfer to Sharon's account 5 business days prior to the wedding date, or unless as arranged.
Added Costs:
Persons booked for, but are no-shows are fully payable.
Travel fees may apply, Sharon will confirm with you.
Parking at Hotels is ALWAYS room charged, there is a lot of equipment to carry.
Auckland CBD/Apartments; if parking is not provided and metered parking is available, someone needs to be available to feed the meter while Sharon is working; any parking tickets issued to Sharon whilst on a job is the clients responsibility to pay, if the meter is not attended properly. The client agrees to pay any applicable parking fine via bank transfer to Sharon's account within 5 business days of being advised. Sharon agrees to advise you immediately of any parking fine received.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are only acceptable in writing via email. For cancellations of 12 weeks or less; the Booker agrees to pay to a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking price with no offset or cost deduction with 3 days written notice of the cancellation via bank transfer to Sharon's bank account, if full 50% deposit has not been received. Any received deposits with 12 weeks or less notice of cancellation are non-refundable. Cancellations are not deemed received unless the sender has received a written cancellation confirmation from Sharon.
Agreement:
In completing the above form, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Helpful notes regarding Sharon's Attendance:
For hair styling - you should have dry hair, and if your hair is exceptionally curly, please pre-iron so that Sharon may restyle (whether into new curls or not) in a smooth and sleek manner.
For make up applications - you should have a clean and moisturised face - however make sure you don't put sunscreen on as Sharon's foundations are SPF15 and ordinary sunscreens/moisturisers with SPF's may cause camera flashes to create a ghost face.
For room set ups - Sharon prefers a dining table to work from, and also requires 1 normal height chair for hair styling, and a bar stool height chair if available (Sharon can bring her own) for make up applications. A mirror (free standing or one that can be put at the necessary height) for hair styling is required.
Upon arrival it is always helpful to assist Sharon to bring her vast equipment in from the car; there is quite a bit to carry and it can be quite difficult for Sharon to carry it all in and then do a wonderful job on you - particularly if the parking is not convenient, or there are steps or steep hills to carry up. - Thanks in advance! :-)
